Gym

The gym is Kadic's gymnasium. Physical education is rarely held here, however; it is usually held out on the track in Seasons 1 and 2, but it usually is held here in Seasons 3 and 4. The Robot Competition was held here, as were the dances in Teddygozilla, Final Mix, and The Key and the Annual Skateboarding Tournament and Jim's Pencak Silat class.

Dormitory

The building from left bottom
The building from top, during the daytime.
The Dormitory Building is where most of the kids, and Jim as well, live. The boys' dorms and the girls' dorms are usually separated from one another, but this isn't consistent with every episode. The boys' dorms are on the first floor, while the girls' dorms are on the second floor, though this is not true as Sissi's room is nearby Jeremie's room. Many students share dorms with one another, like Odd and Ulrich, whilst other students have rooms to themselves, like Jeremie. According to Jim, there are times of the day when they aren't allowed inside their dorms, though this may have just been a hateful statement. The only students who are not staying at Kadic's Dormitory are Yumi and Hiroki Ishiyama

Courtyard

The Courtyard
The Courtyard is the place where students and teachers come to relax. It has vending machines. According to most of the characters on the show, the drinks the machines serve usually aren't very tasty, but are good enough. It is the school play ground, children also use it to get to their classes, and to the Park.

Cafeteria

- The Cafeteria is a building at Kadic. It is where our heroes, as well as the other kids eat. According to the students, its food is okay. XANA tried to bring it down on Ulrich, Odd and the rest of the kids in it in the episode Claustrophobia.

Boiler Room

Boiler Room

The Boiler Room.
The Boiler Room is another area of Kadic Academy, and the most special. In Cold War, Jim took the children and Team Lyoko here to keep them safe from XANA's attack, without ever knowing it. According to legend, a worker named Leon Corbet was killed here in 1905, during construction of Kadic Academy. Sissi, Herb, and Nicholas conducted a mystical seance to try and communicate with Corbet. The boiler room also contains a red door which accesses a passageway leading to the sewers which the team constantly use.

Administrative Building

The Administrative Building is another building at Kadic. This building includes the archives, general office, staff rooms, the infirmary and the principal's office. The staff rooms hold the teachers' lockers, in which confiscated goods (such as cell phones) are kept. This building also seems to hold the Library, and the Auditorium, the school archives and Infirmary.

Ishiyama Residence

The Ishiyama residence, with a car pulled up front.
The residence of the Ishiyama family in a large two story house in Bolougne-Billiancourt, and is where Yumi, Hiroki, and their parents live. It is near Kadic, as Yumi walks to school, and contains various rooms for various purposes. The house was almost destroyed in Teddygozilla an was assaulted by a Krab in A Bad Turn.

Hermitage

The Hermitage, years before it was abandoned.
The Hermitage is the two-story house that Aelita and her father Franz used to live in. It is near Kadic Academy, on the opposite side of the woods. It is now desolate and damaged. In 1994, the house was raided by French government agents, who were sent to apprehend the two (why they apprehend a child like Aelita is unknown). It is unknown why the government didn't simply destroy the house, rather that damage it. In the backyard, there is a door that contains stairs as a shortcut to the Sewers. The entire property is guarded by security cameras.
Years later, the house would provide important clues as to Aelita's identity and a secret fifth sector of Lyoko. The Hermitage was where Aelita had intense hallucinations, including Franz Hopper playing the piano, an elf running from a pack of wolves, and government agents attempting to catch her. They led her to Mister Pück, a doll she got for Christmas many years earlier. The doll contained a locker key, which was used to get Franz Hopper's diary. Also, an out-of-place book on the Punic Wars was discovered here. It was this book that led to the code SCIPIO, essential to access Carthage, the hidden fifth sector of Lyoko. Often, Aelita will go here when she is upset or if she want to look for further clues concerning her father, despite the protests of Jeremie (even though in Wrong Exposure Jeremie exclaimed that he was desperate for answers so he and Aelita went together to the Hermitage where they found a picture of Franz Hopper and Aelita, also containing the source code for the Supercomputer Reboot Program).

Far Sight

William's Far Sight
William's Far Sight is similar to Aelita's Second Sight, however this allows him to see over long distances rather than see things that XANA has made invisible. It is unknown whether this ability is gained by his connection with XANA (although it seems likely) but it could be possible that it is one of his secondary abilities. This has only been seen once when he uses it to find Aelita in Opening Act.

Super Smoke

William firing smoke
Super Smoke
Super Smoke is a power used by William Dunbar while under XANA's control. It allows him to transform into a fast, low-flying smoke, which he has used on several occasions. William can also produce and manipulate this smoke to restrain and transport members of Team Lyoko, summon his Zweihander, or to create reins for his personal Manta.

Aelita's Wings

Aelita activating her wings.
In Double Take, Aelita gains a pair of angelic energy wings that extend out of her back. The wings are activated when Aelita waves her hand over a starlike charm bracelet on her wrist. This device was first shown in Opening Act. The wings do not appear to have a limit on how much they can be used although they appear to only lift a certain weight (Aelita and one other person normally) and they automatically retract if she is hit by a laser. After which, if she activates her wings again they move much slower.

Creativity

Aelita creating a bridge with her Creativity.
Aelita's Energy Shield.
Creativity is the special power that Aelita has in Lyoko. She does not actually use it by singing, as her mouth rarely opens when she uses the power. Despite this, it nevertheless summons melodic voices, sometimes even her own, as it is used. If she needs to speed the process or make it more powerful, she will sing herself. If used at full health, it lowers her health from 100 life points to 50 the first time, to 25 the second time, 12.5 the third time, and so forth, making it easier for monsters to kill her each time she uses it. Creativity is mostly used to change the environment around her, such as create a shield of ice whilst in the Ice Sector or crack rocky pillars in the Desert. She can also use it to create clones of herself and her friends, thus being able to fool Guardians, and other monsters as well. These clones usually have unlimited life points or can deflect any attack without moving. With these powers, she usually either drops or lures monsters into the Digital Void. More often than not, she uses the power to draw up something quite weak when she could have summoned something stronger, but none of Team Lyoko seems to notice or care. In Replika, Aelita has the abilty to fuse her energy field with her creativity to form pink energy shields that are able to withstand a large amount of damage before shattering. It is possible that Creativity has many more properties than what has been shown. Creativity is the only Lyoko Power that has more than one function as Aelita has not only used it to alter Lyoko's terrain but she has also used it to destroy Simulation Bubbles in Ghost Channel and Distant Memory and also to interface with real world technology in Lab Rat (although this property is not seen after that episode).

Shield

Odd's Shield in the real world.
Odd's Shield in action

A Shield is one of Odd's Lyoko powers which can project a purple barrier that protects him from the lasers of XANA's monsters. Although it stretches from his neck to his knees (if not crouching), he hardly uses it in battle. In XANA Awakens Part 1 Odd uses his shield ability in the Ice Barrier while fighting Bloks on his first virtualisation onto Lyoko even though this ability wasn't shown until the second series.
Odd doesn't use the shield in Season 4 until I'd Rather Not Talk About It which shows that it still can be used after Odd's virtual equipment were upgraded by Jeremie. Odd also manages to use his shield in the real world when protecting himself and Aelita from XANA's robot army in Down to Earth.

Triangulation

Triangulation

Ulrich Triangulates a Megatank.
Triangulation is an ability Ulrich possesses within Lyoko. It is a combination of his Super-Sprint and Triplication abilities. When he activates it, three clones of Ulrich form a Triangle and the real Ulirch runs between them, confusing the enemy. He then usually strikes them in the back, (Ulrich has been known to run in a circle around monsters as well as triangle but this is normally used on Tarantulas.)

Triplication

Triplication is one of Ulrich's Lyoko powers. It enables him to create two clones of himself, much like Aelita can with her Creativity. These clones are either used to kill monsters easier or distract monsters. The clones have ten life points however, and die fairly quickly. If Ulrich is devirtualized the clones die out as well. This happened in Double Take when William determines which of them was the real Ulrich.
After using Triplication, Ulrich can become whole again with Fusion. Triplication is activated by yelling "Triplicate!"

Super Sprint

Super Speed

Super Speed or Super Sprint is the power that Ulrich has in Lyoko. It allows him to run at breakneck speeds throughout Lyoko and even allows him to run up walls and propel himself into the air. When he uses this ability he usually leaves a yellow slip stream in his wake, this same stream can be deen when he uses Triangulate.

Telekenesis

Yumi using her telekinesis in Zero Gravity Zone.
Telekinesis is one of Yumi's Lyoko powers. It requires a lot of concentration, but allows her to move objects with her mind. She usually pushes against the temples of her head and closes her eyes when she does so. It can be seen in takes a lot out of her, as she can only do it simultaneously for about two minutes. In the original pilot, Garage Kids, Yumi could do this in the real world, but that plot device was changed.
In Season 4, Yumi appears to have developed her telekinesis more as she can use it without keeping her fingers on her temples and is more relaxed when using it, this could however have been accompolished during the Digital Enhancements as Jeremie has been known to create, delete or possibly strengthen Lyoko Powers as shown in "Triple Trouble".

Zweihander

Zweihander

The Zweihander's "neutral look" from the end of Season 3.
The Zweihander is William's primary weapon in Lyoko, and resembles an oversized sword. Zweihander means "two hands"(indicating what it takes to wield the sword).
William's evil Season 4 Zweihander.
In Season 4 the Zweihander mutates from its old look along with its wielder. It is now equipped with numerous new powers, allowing William to levitate, and he is able to call it back to him if he drops or loses it, and William can make this sword appear and vanish in a puff of black smoke at will (similar to Super smoke). Additionally, William can charge it up and unleash a wave of energy that devirtualizes anyone hit by it instantly. It can also deflect Aelita's energy field. Its new appearance has the eye of XANA on the hilt and black vines creeping along the chipped blade, as seen above.

Tessen Fan

Aelita_Hopper_90.gif
Yumi's Fans in action
Tessen Fans were fans used by the Japanese to signal to troops, use as weapons, and deflect arrows with during times of war. Yumi, due to her Japanese descent, uses the fans as her weapons on Lyoko. They are metal ("tessen" is Japanese for "fan of iron") and can slice through most small enemies, or collide with large enemies. They are hard to aim with, but they can fly in a medium-range. If they miss, they usually come back to her like a boomerang. From the first season to the third season, Yumi stored her fans (Jeremie programmed her a second fan in the second season) below her obi and extracted them when needed; in the fourth season Yumi can make the fans appear and disappear in her hands at will. In Franz Hopper, XANA, disguised as Franz Hopper, improved Yumi's fans by making them fly longer and lock onto targets. They would also be attracted to monster lasers, making it much easier to use the fan as a shield. Once Team Lyoko found out that XANA was behind the plot, they lost their improved capabilities.

Sabre

Sabre

Ulrich deflects a laser with his saber.
Ulrichs saber under XANA's control.
Ulrich's Sabre, called a Katana in Japanese, is his primary weapon in Lyoko. He uses it to deflect enemy blows and cut them in half. Coupled with his super speed ability, the monsters he faces usually last only seconds. The weakness of his sword is that it's a short range weapon, he might not be able to defeat monsters with their Eye of XANA far off the ground. Ulrich can also throw his sabre. The most recent throw was in XANA's Kiss, when he threw it like a boomerang to sever the slimy tentacles of the Scyphozoa. It is shown that the sabre can be devirtualized by a laser in The Pretender, in which the sabre was devirtualized by a Hornet. If this happens, the person operating the supercomputer must revirtualize it.
On Earth, Ulrich practices Pencak Silat, a martial art commonly involving the use of swords and similar weapons. He used the sword that came with samurai armor, an Ishiyama heirloom, in A Bad Turn to fight off materialized monsters. This sword bears a remarkable resemblance to the Sabre he uses in Lyoko; however, it does not glow blue and is not laser-absorbant, but it does deflect lasers.
In Franz Hopper, XANA-Franz Hopper modified Ulrich's katana. The upgraded katana could be charged up to fire an energy wave that could destroy multiple enemies. The modifications were lost when XANA-Franz Hopper betrayed Team Lyoko. A similar event happens in Nobody in Particular when Ulrich's possessed body used a long-range attack to try to destroy The Core of Lyoko as seen in the picture on the right.
When Jeremie reprograms Ulrich's equipment in Double Take, he gives Ulrich two sabres so he can increase his battle techniques.
